Pets of the Homeless

SNAP-NC kicked off our new program to help pets belonging to homeless people with The Project Homeless Connect on October 7, 2010. At this event, pets belonging to homeless men and women were given exams, any medical care needed, spay/neuter appointments, collars, leashes, food and some lovin'! We are still in need of dog and cat crates and carriers, quality dog and cat food, leashes and collars. Please drop donated items at our working locations (see our calendar) or contact us for other arrangements! Thank you for your support!
