Dogs Additional -  $30-45

Microchip for permanent pet identification - $25   (lifetime registration, even if you move!)

Heartworm testing for dogs  - $15

Heartworm prevention with proof of negative HW test - $35/6-dose box

Frontline applied during surgery - $10

Frontline to go home (3 dose box) - Cats - $35  Dogs - $40

Feline Leukemia / FIV test for cats  - $25

Feline Leukemia vaccine (strongly recommend test first) - $10

Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccine for dogs - $10

Dewormer (2 take home doses per pet) - $10
